I have only had my Chanel WOC in Caviar for just under 2 years and only used probably around 10 to 15 times only since I only use it for special occasions. Recently I noticed that on one of the corner of the flap its wearing out and seem like the leather is peeling which got me really concern since I haven't used the WOC that much and always taken great care of it. Im so disappointed in Chanel especially its caviar leather so should be alot more durable so now im thinking is my a faulty WOC?🤷‍♀️ and would Chanel repair this for me and cost if anyone know? Such a shame because its less than 2 years old and only used a handful of times. Can anyone please comment and advise? Would very much appreciate it ❤ xxx

Congratulations, it is a lovely bag, great for every day. Got mine in nov '19, same color, and have been using it almost solely since pandemic. Great to bring extra items compared to mini bag, lowkey. No wear and tear, just the slough when not full, which I personally love.

I just got my small Loewe Puzzle a few weeks ago, and literally try to find reasons to wear it out every day! I love it SO much!!! You're right in that it's such an understated casual bag, and because of that, it really fills so many "gaps" in my lifestyle that my other luxury bags don't. Definitely worth every penny! :)
